Exclusivity

Creation of a brand and its corporate identity for a real estate management company, aiming to convey elegance, luxury, and exclusivity.

 

For the logotype, I strategically combined two typefaces: Avenir, a geometric sans-serif whose name means “future” in French, known for its modern, refined, and versatile style; and Aqua Grotesque.

 

The chosen color is a deep burgundy, evoking sophistication and distinction. To enhance this image, I designed business cards with a gold finish, representing luxury, and a customized version with 3D varnish for an extra touch of exclusivity.

 

Additionally, I developed other corporate elements such as a custom stamp, email signatures, and an updated business directory using vinyl applications, ensuring a cohesive and distinguished visual presence across all brand touchpoints.
